When can I use that?
- booking and ticket systems
- marketplaces where the goods have to be ordered in advance
1. I’m a merchant and I sell tickets on my booking website. Is such a solution suitable for me?
Of course it is. If you sell tickets and you need your customer to pay as soon as possible, then this solution is suitable for you.
In case the customer doesn’t pay for the tickets and you want to get them released, so that you can offer the tickets for sale again, you can set a 30 minute window until the payment expires (applies to a card payment).
The customer books the ticket for a preformance, then they select the GoPay payment and make the payment with a chosen payment method. If the customer hasn’t paid within that payment window, we will automatically refund that payment to the sender’s bank account.
2. I’m a merchant and my customers pay basically with a bank transfer. There's a 7-14 day limit for the bank transfer payment, which isn’t convenient for me. Can I set an upper limit?
Yes, you can. If the 14 day limit for a bank transfer doesn’t suit you, you can set a different expiration window - either longer, or shorter. If your customers pay 3 weeks after they have created the payment, you can set a 1 month expiration window for the payment order.
