How to deactivate the payment gateway
To deactivate your payment gateway and delete your GoPay business account:
Send us your request at podpora@gopay.cz. Add your EVC number and date of deactivation of the payment gateway. From that date your payment gateway will not work, which means that your customers will not be able to pay with GoPay at your website.
Once we deactivate your payment gateway, we will send you a notification at your e-mail.
