How to sign in to business account?

Do you want to log in to your business account to see an overview of payments, fees, and other payment gateway settings?

It is easy.

How to do it?

1. Visit GoPay payment gateway website.

2. Chose "Sign in" on the right and select "GoPay business account".

3. You will then be redirected to the Business account sign in page.

4. Enter your login information on the merchant account page. You received this data in the form of an SMS when implementing the payment gateway. If you do not remember them, contact customer support at podpora@gopay.cz.

If you do not remember your login details (username and password), contact customer support at podpora@gopay.cz.

Can I log in with an email instead of a username?

No. When logging into your trading account, you always enter your username, never your email.
