Guide to the registration process: 7. Integration check and switch to the production environment

Before we check your integration, we send you an e-mail with the so-called Testing integration document. We send you this document after we check your website, alongside with a DocuSign link.&nbs

The first step of the Integration check is sending what is called the Test integration list.

It is an e-mail we send you after the Portal check, at the same time as the invitation to sign the contract through DocuSign.

💡 GoPay's tip: The Integration check and the signing of the contract run in parallel and independently of each other. You can therefore complete both processes at once, or each one separately; completing one process is not a condition for starting the other.

Test integration list

The Test integration list contains the details needed to test the payment gateway in the test environment. In the test environment you need to make test payments once the integration is complete, which lets you check that the payment gateway works for you as it should. You can read more about the integration in the article General integration procedure.

Once you have completed the integration and testing process, let us know by e-mail at [email protected]. As soon as we receive your e-mail, we will check that the integration has been carried out correctly.

Besides following the correct integration procedure, we also check the requirements for a merchant outlet and whether all the necessary logos appear on your website in the right format.

Switching to the production environment

Once the integration is complete and all the requirements above are in order, we send the production details. We send these details by SMS to the telephone number you gave in the registration form. You set the production details in your test environment (you simply swap them for the test details) and that gives you access to the production environment. From that moment on you can start accepting payments from your customers.
