Guide to the registration process: 2. Indicative offer

We send the indicative offer within 3 days of receiving the enquiry.

The offer is prepared and sent by a GoPay account manager. This is the person who will take you through all the phases of the registration process (except the integration check) and who will also help you during the rest of your cooperation with GoPay.

The indicative offer contains:

  • An indicative price offer (the Registration form)

  • Information about the next steps

You will find the price offer itself directly in the e-mail with the Indicative offer, or in its attachment, which is the Registration form. It is an Excel file which de facto serves as the template for the contract between you and GoPay.

The registration form is divided into three parts.

The first part is used to identify the contracting parties. It contains the client's registration number, the currency of the offer and the client's identification details taken from the enquiry submitted.

💡 GoPay tip: If you ticked in the enquiry form that you want to accept payments in several currencies, we will send you a registration form with a price offer for each currency separately.

The second part lists the portals the offer relates to.

The third part contains the price offer itself for the main payment methods and related services. In the picture below you can see where the final price for the individual payment methods is located.
