Before switching to the production environment, what is called identity verification has to be carried out.
Identity verification has to be carried out by the people who signed the contract with GoPay.
What is the quickest way to carry out identity verification?
1. Send a verification payment to GoPay's bank account
Make the payment with these details:
amount: CZK 10 or EUR 0.5 (we will return the amount in the next settlement)
sender's account number: the account you gave in the contract with GoPay
variable symbol: your EVC (the number you will find in the subject line of the e-mail from us)
GoPay's account number:
2000295311/2010 for CZK, or
IBAN SK75 0200 0000 0000 0765 4322 / SWIFT SUBASKBX for EUR
2. Send to [email protected]:
a copy of both sides of the identity card of the managing director(s),
a copy of both sides of another identity document (passport, driving licence and so on) of the managing director(s),
a screenshot or scan of the statement of the bank account that is registered in the system and that is held in your company's name.
