The simplest way to carry out your identity verification is online over the internet. We will process the verification on the basis of a verification payment from your bank account and photographs of documents that you send us by e-mail.
How to do it
1. Send a verification payment of CZK 10 / EUR 0.5 to GoPay's bank account
Use your EVČ number, which you received when registering, as the variable symbol.
Send the payment from the bank account given in your contract (registration form).
The owner of your bank account – your company – must be clear from the payment.
You can send the payment to these GoPay accounts:
CZK – Fio banka, a.s. – 2000295311/2010
EUR – VUB, a.s. – IBAN SK75 0200 0000 0000 0765 4322 / SWIFT SUBASKBX
We will automatically return the payment to you once it has been processed.
2. Send the following to your account manager's GoPay e-mail address:
a double-sided copy of the ID card of the managing director(s),
a double-sided copy of another identity document of the managing director(s) (passport, driving licence and so on),
a printscreen or scan of the statement of the bank account registered in the system and held in your company's name,
information that you have already made the verification payment.
💡 GoPay tip:
When dealing with identity verification, please reply in the thread of the e-mail address from which the offer and the information about the verification were sent to you.

Once we receive the verification payment and your documents, we will be able to process your identity verification. As soon as we do, we will let you know by e-mail.
