1. Arrange a meeting
For a meeting at the GoPay premises in České Budějovice, contact us at [email protected] or on +420 387 685 123 (extension 1 in the menu). The premises are at Senovažné nám. 1736, České Budějovice.
For a meeting at the Worldline branch, contact our sales team on working days from 9:00 to 15:00 on +420 735 700 488, where we will arrange the date and time of the meeting with you. Worldline's offices are at Rohanské nábřeží 670/17, Prague 8 – Karlín, entrance A, 2nd floor
For a meeting in Bratislava, contact our representative Beáta Paulovičová ([email protected], tel. +421 902 955 025).
2. Prepare the following for the meeting:
a completed Identification form,
an identity document,
a certified power of attorney (in the case of authorised representatives).
3. During the meeting
The details you have filled in will be checked against your identity document. Finally you will sign the form.
4. And you are done
We will process the details you have provided and let you know the outcome.
💡 GoPay tip: Watch out for common mistakes
Simply filling in and signing the identification form is not enough.
The identification form is used to process the identification at an in-person meeting with a GoPay representative.
Without the signature of our representative we cannot accept the identification form for processing the identification.
