Through the GoPay payment gateway you can accept payments in up to 7 currencies:
Czech crowns (CZK)
euros (EUR)
dollars (USD)
pounds (GBP)
Polish zloty (PLN)
Hungarian forint (HUF)
Romanian new leu (RON)
What is the process if you want to accept more foreign currencies?
Send a request to add a currency to [email protected]. In the body of the email, specify which currency you want to add.
The customer care department will send you a registration form for that currency. A separate registration form has to be completed for each currency.
Once we receive the signed registration form or forms, we will set up an account (profile) for your chosen currency in your business account. There you will be able to check received payments.
💡 GoPay tip:
If you want to receive payments in a foreign currency to a different bank account than the one stated in the contract, send us a statement from the requested account. You will find more information in this article.
