Top up the balance of your GoPay account by bank transfer. How do you do it?
To increase the balance of your GoPay account, submit a payment order with specific details at your bank. You obtain these in your GoPay account.
💡 GoPay tip:
Receiving a payment into a GoPay account is free of charge according to GoPay's current Fee Schedule.
We should receive payments within the same bank on the same day, at the latest in the morning of the following working day. Processing an interbank transfer takes 1 to 3 working days.
Generate the payment details from your GoPay account. Log in to your account and go to the “Accounts” section. Click the + symbol marked next to the currency account you want.
Choose the bank account you will send the payment from and the amount you want to top up. Once you have chosen the bank account and entered the amount, click “show payment instructions”.
Make the bank transfer according to the top-up instructions. Or scan the QR code in your banking app – it will fill in the payment details for you.
💡 GoPay tip:
If you send the payment without a variable symbol, or if the variable symbol is incorrect, the payment will automatically be returned to the sender's account. If you pay at a counter or at a Czech Post office, for example, and give an incorrect variable symbol, contact GoPay support to have the payment traced and allocated or returned. To have the payment allocated or returned, have a copy of the proof of payment and the GoID of your GoPay account (the payment's variable symbol) or the e-mail address your GoPay account is registered to ready.
