Rules for using the Fee Schedule:
1. GOPAY reserves the right to grant a discount on the fees given in this Fee Schedule. The discount takes effect at the moment specified in the notice granting it.
2. Any individual agreement takes precedence over the general provisions of the Fee Schedule.
3. If a new payment method for Topping up a GoPay account is introduced which is not given in the Fee Schedule currently in effect, the Client gives consent to the fees for Topping up a GoPay account using that payment method by using the payment method for the first time, provided that they were informed of those fees in advance.
4. In the case of a Business payment, the fee for Topping up a GoPay account and the surcharge for receiving a Business payment are paid by the Client who is the final recipient of the amount remitted.
5. A Business payment means a payment whose final recipient is a Merchant, or a payment made through a Merchant.
