You log in at <a href="https://auth.gopay.com/a/user" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">auth.gopay.com</a>. Select the Business account tab and enter your login credentials.

We currently support two ways of logging in. The original one is the combination of a user name and a password (for example gopay and Heslo123). The newer one is logging in with the e-mail and password you set during registration. ​

If you log in with an e-mail and password, there is nothing to worry about. Click the Forgotten your password? button, enter the e-mail you use to log in as your login credential and then follow the instructions on the screen.

If you still log in with a user name and password, recovery by e-mail is not available yet. In that case contact us at <a href="mailto:podpora@gopay.cz" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">podpora@gopay.cz</a> and we will help you restore access to your business account.
