The most common reasons why a payment through the payment gateway fails are:
Online payments not enabled
Problem: If your card does not have online payments enabled, you will not be able to pay.
Solution: Check in your internet banking whether online payments are enabled. If they are not, turn the option on.Card limits exceeded
Problem: If you have limits set on your card and you exceed them, you will not be able to pay at the payment gateway.
Solution: Adjust the limits in your internet banking and then try the payment again.
Insufficient funds on the card
Problem: If you do not have enough funds on the card to pay for the goods or service, the payment cannot be made.
Solution: Use a card that has enough money on it to pay for the order.
The card has expired
Problem: If your card has expired, it cannot be used to pay.
Solution: Choose a different card or a different payment method (e.g. online bank transfer).
The card was issued in a foreign region
Problem: If you are paying with a card issued abroad and the e-shop does not support accepting such cards, you will not be able to pay with it.
Solution: Choose a different card or a different payment method (e.g. online bank transfer).
3D Secure verification was not completed
Problem: 3D Secure verification is one of the protective features, applied after you enter your card details. It is a verification sent by your bank. If you do not pass it, the payment will not be processed.
Solution: If you have a problem entering the 3D Secure code, contact your bank or us at [email protected].
No payment method was selected
Problem: If you do not select any payment method at the payment gateway, the payment cannot be processed.
Solution: You always have to select the specific payment method you want to pay with.
The Back button was pressed too early
Problem: Never leave the payment gateway using the Back button before the payment has been processed and completed.
Solution: Always wait until the gateway redirects you automatically to the e-shop page after the payment is complete.
The gateway window was closed while the payment was being processed
Problem: If you close the payment gateway with the cross before the payment is complete, the payment is interrupted and cannot be resumed.
Solution: Never close the payment gateway window with the cross, otherwise the payment process is interrupted and the payment will not be completed. Always wait for the payment gateway to redirect you to the e-shop's return page itself.
The phone number does not support mobile payments
Problem: If your number does not support mobile payments such as m-payment or Premium SMS, you will not be able to pay.
Solution: If you want to pay using a payment from your mobile operator, check whether your phone number supports mobile payments.
The payment expired
Problem: If you do not complete the payment in time, it expires and can no longer be resumed.
Solution: Always make the payment immediately after opening the payment gateway.
A technical problem occurred on the e-shop's side
Problem: Sometimes a payment cannot be completed because of technical problems at the e-shop.
Solution: In that case, contact the e-shop and ask how to pay for the goods.
The payment is blocked in the browser
Problem: Some browser extensions may block the payment.
Solution: Try paying in a private window or from a different browser.
The payment gateway is down or under maintenance
Problem: If the payment gateway services are interrupted, the payment cannot be completed.
Solution: You can check that all payment gateway systems are working on our website at the bottom of the page in the footer. If you see a message that GoPay systems are not working, you need to wait until they are back up.
A power or internet outage occurred
Problem: If there is a power cut or an internet outage at your home, the payment cannot be completed.
Solution: Wait until the power or connection is restored and make the payment again.
