How do I add another currency?

Through the GoPay payment gateway you can accept payments in up to 7 currencies:

  • Czech crowns (CZK)

  • euros (EUR)

  • dollars (USD)

  • pounds (GBP)

  • Polish zloty (PLN)

  • Hungarian forints (HUF)

  • Romanian new leu (RON)

What is the procedure if you want to accept more foreign currencies?

  1. Send us a request to add the currency at [email protected]. In the body of the e-mail, specify which currency you want to add.

  2. The customer care department will send you a registration form for the given currency. A separate registration form has to be completed for each currency.

  3. Once we receive the signed registration form or forms, we will set up an account (profile) in your business account for the currency you have chosen. There you will be able to check the payments received.

💡 GoPay tip:

If you want to receive payments in a foreign currency into a different bank account from the one given in the contract, send us a statement from the required account. You will find more information in this article.
