At the GoPay payment gateway you do not have to spend time looking for your payment card and retyping its details with every purchase. The payment can take place practically in one click thanks to the card storage function. How does it work?
Saving a payment card
With your first card payment you have the option of saving your payment card for all further payments with all GoPay merchants.
To save the payment card you need to tick "Save card" before paying.
After clicking "Pay" you verify the payment in your bank's 3D Secure centre (i.e. using your bank's mobile app).
Once the verification is complete, information that the payment has been made will be displayed.
You complete the saving process by entering your e-mail and phone number and confirming by clicking "Save card".
Paying with a saved payment card
With a saved payment card, paying is more convenient. You avoid the tedious retyping of payment card details.
The payment gateway automatically recognises that a payment card is saved for your e-mail. You log in to the saved card by entering the 4-digit code we send to the phone number you provided.
If you have several saved cards, you select the one you want to make the payment from.
If you only have one payment card saved, click "Pay".
You then simply confirm the payment in your bank's 3D Secure centre (i.e. confirm it in the bank's mobile app) and the payment is made!

Is it safe?
Security comes first for us. Here are a few important features it is worth knowing about the card storage function.
1. You can log out at any time
You can delete a saved payment card at any time. You reach the deletion of a logged-in card at the payment gateway in the top right corner by selecting "Menu" -> "Saved cards".
2. 3D Secure
We use 3D Secure protection to strengthen the overall security of access to the payment card. Having our own control over the MPI (merchant plug-in) component, which communicates with VISA and MasterCard, allows us to activate this protection as we choose, according to the payment amount or other security rules.
3. High data protection
Your payment card will be safe with us. We comply with the international security standard PCI-DSS Level 1, the highest level of data security in the financial sector. All personal information is encrypted using the most advanced encryption mechanisms (TLS).
