Do you have a recurring payment set up on your payment card and want to cancel it? The procedure is simple.
1. Find the payment status e-mail with the subject "Information about the status of your payment" sent by GoPay. We sent you this e-mail when the recurring payment was set up.
💡 GoPay tip: If you cannot find the first e-mail about your recurring payment, write to us at [email protected].
2. Click through to the payment status detail using the "Find out whether you have paid" button.
From the payment status you can cancel the repetition by hovering over the question mark icon and clicking the "End recurring payment" option.
3. Once you click End recurring payment, the repetition of that payment is cancelled automatically.
You will receive information that your recurring payment has been cancelled by e-mail.
