There are 2 ways to end your cooperation with GoPay:
termination under the contractual terms with a two-month notice period,
termination by agreement – send a request to end the payment gateway service to [email protected]. In the email, specify your EVČ (merchant registration number) and the date by which you want the payment gateway to be discontinued.
We will inform you by email once the payment gateway service has been discontinued.
