To close a personal account you must have zero balances on its currency accounts.
Settle your funds using one of the following options:
send an amount to your verified bank account so that you reach a zero balance,
send an amount to reach a zero balance to the Kapka naděje account via a payment through GoPay at https://demo.gopay.com/.
How do I close my GoPay personal account when I have a zero balance?
1. Log in to your GoPay personal account.
2. Go to the personal profile settings.
3. In the general settings section, select the "Delete my account" option.
4. Confirm your choice in the dialogue that follows. We will then send a notification to your e-mail that we have closed the client profile linked to your e-mail address.
