HOW IS A REPORT HANDLED ONCE IT HAS BEEN MADE?
Once a report has been made using the internal reporting system, we are obliged to inform you of this within 7 days of receiving it. This does not apply if you expressly request not to be informed that the report has been received, or if doing so could reveal your identity, or if the report does not state your identity or a way of contacting you. A period of 30 days is then set for assessing the report, which can be extended twice because of the factual or legal complexity of the assessment. We will inform you of any extension, and the above applies mutatis mutandis.

If the designated person needs it, they can ask the whistleblower, where their identity is known, to supplement or clarify the information given in the report. The whistleblower is contacted only on condition that this will not reveal their identity.

In the circumstances set out above we will inform you of the results of the assessment of the report without undue delay. We will also inform you of any further steps and of the corrective measures as soon as they are adopted.

You also have the option of using the external reporting system maintained by the Ministry of Justice: https://oznamovatel.justice.cz/chci-podat-oznameni/. That page of the Ministry of Justice also gives the contact details of the Ministry of Justice's designated person. Only reports within the meaning of Section 2 of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers, can be made through the external reporting system, where the range of unlawful conduct that can be reported is defined more narrowly than within GOPAY's internal reporting system.
