A PSD2 payment is a payment using a bank account through the payment gateway. Below you will find the payment procedure demonstrated using Air Bank as an example.
1. Selecting the bank at the gateway
Submit a payment by bank account and select your bank from the list of banks.
2. Summary of how to pay for the purchase
A confirmation that your data is handled securely will be displayed. After reading the information, click the Go to the bank button.
3. Verification to approve access
Once you have been redirected to your bank, read the information presented about the verification to approve access. Then enter the user name you use to log in to your bank.

Confirm the login to your banking.
5. Granting consent for a third-party application to access your account
Now grant consent for the third-party application to access your account.
6. Selecting the bank account
Select the bank account you want to use for the payment.
7. Approving the payment in the third-party application
Information will be displayed that the payment has to be confirmed in your banking.
8. Confirming the payment in your banking
Confirm the payment in your internet banking.
Click the Confirm button.
9. Approving the payment in the third-party application
Click the Continue button.
10. Confirmation that the payment has been made
Finally, information will be displayed that the payment has been paid.
