Do you have a recurring payment set up on your payment card and want to cancel it? The process is simple.
Find the payment status email with the subject "Information about your payment status" sent by GoPay. We sent you this email when the recurring payment was set up.
💡 GoPay tip: If you cannot find the first email about your recurring payment, write to us at [email protected].
Open the payment status detail using the "Check whether your payment went through" button.
From the payment status you can cancel the recurring payment by hovering over the question mark icon and clicking "End recurring payment".
The link may also be located at the bottom of the page.
Once you click End recurring payment, the recurrence for that payment is cancelled automatically.
The customer is then informed about the cancellation of the recurring payment by email.
