A change to the settlement document
Under the EU regulation on interchange fees, a modified Settlement document is used when settling the GoPay business account.
In the modified document you will find a table with a breakdown of the Payment processing fee.
The table lists the individual fees that make up the payment processing fee.
The modified settlement document will be available to you in both PDF and XML format.
The document in PDF format will be generated as before. You will find the procedure for generating the settlement document here.
If you use automatic accounting via the settlement document in XML format and you want to do your accounting according to the new arrangement, you will need to add a new XML feed to your accounting software.
💡 GoPay tip: If you already use automatic settlement in the form of an XML report and the current form suits you, there is no need to modify your accounting software after 9 June and switch to the new XML report.
