Cooperation with GoPay can be ended in 2 ways:
termination under the terms and conditions with a two-month notice period,
by an agreement on termination – send a request to end the operation of the payment gateway to [email protected]. In the e-mail, specify your EVČ and the date by which you want the payment gateway to end. From that date your payment gateway will no longer be active, i.e. customers at your merchant outlet will not be able to pay online.
We will inform you by e-mail that the operation of the payment gateway has ended.
Do you sell seasonal goods or services?
Then make use of the option of temporarily suspending the payment gateway. Just send us an e-mail. When you start selling again, your payment gateway can be reactivated.
