In this article you will find instructions for uploading your company logo to the payment gateway.
Uploading the logo
First you need to have your company logo in the SVG vector format. The size of the logo will be changed dynamically on the payment gateway as needed.
For the best legibility we recommend an aspect ratio of 2:1 – 3:1 (width:height). Make sure the logo does not have an unnecessary frame of empty space around it and that the file canvas is set exactly to the size of the logo.
💡 GoPay tip: If you do not have the logo in this format, there are several ways to convert it from more common formats such as PNG
Do avoid converters that convert a raster image into the base64 format, however, as it may not give the required result on the payment gateway – it does not remove a white background, for example.
You then upload the logo in your business account.
Log in to your business account
On the Settings tab, select the E-shops
tab Select the e-shop and choose the payment gateway style settings
option Use the button to upload your logo in SVG format
At the bottom of the page you can see what the payment gateway will look like once the logo has been uploaded.
If the logo cannot be uploaded
If you keep getting an error message about an incorrect logo format when uploading a logo in SVG format, contact our technical support at[email protected]. Please state your merchant registration number (EVČ) and the e-shop domain, and attach the logo you are trying to upload.
