How do you recover the password to your business account?
It is simple.
How to do it
1. Contact us at [email protected] with a request to send you a password. Please send the e-mail from the registered e-mail address of the sales representative.
2. Within 24 hours we will send an SMS to your phone number with a new user name and password.
3. You then use these details to log in to your business account. You can then change the details in the business account settings.
💡 GoPay tip: We only send new login credentials on working days, not at weekends. This is a security rule.
The SMS will arrive at the phone number you registered in our system.
