The GoPay business account serves as a tool for keeping records of payments received through the GoPay payment system, carrying out settlement, and managing the business account or disputes.
Logging in to the business account
You can log in to the business account from www.gopay.com by clicking the "Log in" button, see the procedure described here. After logging in to the business account for the first time, change your password in the account settings and keep your business account credentials safe.
Finding your way around the GoPay business account
The business account is a clear electronic way for the merchant to manage individual operations, accounts and merchant outlets. The business account administration is used to check the payments made through the GoPay payment system.
This interface is used for:
managing all movements and payments
online information about a payment received
setting settlement timing freely according to individual needs
managing payment method settings
refunds
Information
On the first tab, "Information", you will find your merchant registration number (EVČ – used for communication with GoPay), the company name, e-mail, phone contact and registered office address.
Merchant – information about your company, based on the data in the trade / commercial register.
Sales representative – the business contact for the person responsible within the organisation.
Registered office – the company's registered office according to the data in the trade / commercial register.
Technical support – information about the technical administrator listed as the main technical contact in the registration form.
Changing details
You change the details by clicking the edit icon next to the given contact.
Message overview
The "Business accounts -> Message overview" tab lists the messages and communication you have exchanged with other GoPay users or with GoPay support.
After clicking the "more" button next to each message, the text of the message received or sent is displayed.
