Toto sdělení je poskytnuto dle čl. 6 odst. 1 písm. c) Nařízení (EU) 2016/679, o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů a o volném pohybu těchto údajů a o zrušení směrnice 95/46/ES.
O nás
- Společností GOPAY (dále také „správce údajů“) se rozumí obchodní společnost GOPAY s. r. o., se sídlem Planá 67, 370 01 České Budějovice, IČ: 260 467 68, zapsaná v obchodním rejstříku vedeném Krajským soudem v Českých Budějovicích, oddíl C, vložka 11030. Stejný význam mají též pojmy jako “my”, “nás”, “náš”, “naše” apod., které se používají v těchto OS pravidlech. Společnost GOPAY je institucí elektronických peněz, která vydává elektronické peníze ve smyslu § 4 českého zákona č. 370/2017 Sb., o platebním styku, a provozuje Platební systém GoPay.
Základní informace
- Tato pravidla (dále jen “Cookies pravidla”) upravují způsob, jakým přistupujeme ke zpracování cookies v Platebním systému GoPay (co jsou “cookies” můžete najít třeba zde). Řídíme se při tom českým zákonem č. 110/2019 Sb., o ochraně osobních údajů (dále jen „ZOOÚ“), a Nařízením (EU) 2016/679, o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů a o volném pohybu těchto údajů a o zrušení směrnice 95/46/ES (dále jen „Nařízení GDPR“).
- Během zpracování cookies dbáme na to, aby nedošlo k újmě na právech fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů. Zároveň jsme povinni plnit ustanovení příslušných právních předpisů a aplikovat přiměřená opatření na ochranu právního pořádku, demokratické společnosti a jejích konkrétních důležitých zájmů, jak je uvedeno dále.
Jak cookies zpracováváme?
- Cookies zpracováváme za účelem oprávněného zájmu provozovatele Platebního systu GoPay. Díky cookies měříme návštěvnost a děláme si statistiky o vašem chování na webu. Můžeme tak hlídat a zdokonalovat funkčnost a bezpečnost Platebního systému GoPay.
- Cookies pro měření a fungování webu jsou uchovány pouze na dobu nezbytně nutnou pro fungování webu a statistiku. Jednotlivé doby zpracování najdete v tabulce níže.
- Webové stránky můžete používat i v režimu, který neumožňuje sbírání údajů o vašem chování – stačí, když pozměníte nastavení svého webového prohlížeče nebo se nám ozvete na podpora@gopay.cz, tel.: +420 387 685 123. Informace o tom, jak si nastavit svůj prohlížeč a omezit nebo povolit zpracování cookies, najdete taky zde.
- Alternativně je možné vznést proti sběru na základě našeho oprávněného zájmu námitku, a to zasláním na podpora@gopay.cz. Vaši námitku vyřídíme do 1 měsíce od doručení. Vznesete-li však námitku proti zpracování cookies nezbytných pro fungování webu, nemůžeme vám pak zaručit plnou funkčnost a kompatibilitu našeho Platebního systému.
- Cookies sbírané za účelem měření návštěvnosti webu a vytváření statistik předávaná třetím stranám se posuzují v podobě hromadného celku a tím pádem v anonymní podobě, která neumožňuje vaši identifikaci.
- Jako subjekt údajů berete výše uvedené informace na vědomí.

- Pokračováním využívání funkcí Platebního systému GoPay vyjadřujete svůj svobodný, konkrétní, informovaný a jednoznačný projev vůle o tom, že jste srozuměn/a se zpracováním Vašich osobních údajů podle těchto Cookies pravidel a že jste byl/a o zpracování Vašich osobních údajů řádně poučen/a a informován/a.
- Jsme oprávněni jednostranně měnit tato Cookies pravidla podle platné legislativy a Vy souhlasíte s tímto oprávněním.
- Změníme-li Cookies pravidla, jsme povinni o této změně vyrozumět s předstihem formou e-mailové zprávy, jenž bude obsahovat odkaz na nová Cookies pravidla, všechny registrované uživatele Platebního systému GoPay.
- Cookies pravidla jsou vydána v elektronické podobě a jsou přístupná na webových stránkách společnosti GOPAY.
